Also check out this website. They are a not for profit organization, which includes some food and marketing experts, who are dedicated  to recognizing and promoting the Chinese culinary arts. They try to reward the best of Chinese restaurants and eateries in the Greater Vancouver area by highlighting the outstanding local chefs who create Chinese Signature Dishes and the restaurants in which they are served.
